Suji Gulab Jamun Recipe

Suji Gulab Jamun, a very easy recipe & does not require any fancy or costly ingredients as well. You can try this recipe on any festive day. They are very yummy & just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
  • Semolina/Suji - Half Cup
  • Milk - Third Fourth Cup + 2 Tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - One Fourth Spoon
  • Baking Soda- One Fourth Spoon
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Water -1 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder - One Fourth Spoon
  • Oil - to fry
Instructions:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina. Roast semolina on low flame. Keep stirring.
  2. Gradually add third fourth cup of milk as you stir. Turn off the flame.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl. Once it is cool down. Add milk powder, cardamom powder.
  4. Knead well to get dough consistency. Use 2 tbsp milk while kneading.
  5. Create small flat round shapes with half inch in thickness. Deep fry until golden brown
  6. Sugar Syrup
  7. Add sugar & water in pan. Turn on the flame. Prepare syrup dissolving sugar in water.
  8. Transfer the fried semolina to the syrup pan to soak before serving.
