Sesame Paneer Veggies Recipe - A powerhouse of protein and calcium, paneer is also enriched with properties which is known to promote weight loss by increasing the fat burning process in the body. Paneer is an abundant source of protein as well which is beneficial for our health.

  • Paneer Cubes - Half Cup
  • Capsicum Cubes - Half Cup
  • Onion Cubes - Half Cup
  • Few Sliced Babycorn
  • Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds - 3 to 5 Spoon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • A mix of chilli, tomato sauce -3 to 4 Spoon - Optional
  • Oil
  1. Heat a grilled tava (can cook on normal tava too). Grease it with butter/oil. Roast paneer cubes on it. Keep flipping.
  2. Making it on non stick will ensure it does not stick to the base. If paneer still sticks to tava, you can rub lemon over tava.
  3. Take out these golden brown paneer cubes in a bowl. Grease the tava again & roast all vegetables (capsicum, babycorn, onion) too in the same way.
  4. Once vegetables are roasted well (Do not overcook, we need little crunchiness), add grilled paneer cubes on the same tava. Sprinkle salt, black pepper & mix of chilli & tomato sauce all over the veggies & paneer cubes..
  5. Add roasted sesame seeds & sir well. Serve it hot.
  6. NOTE: You can add broccoli, mushroom vegetables too. Mushroom & Sweet Corn combination is really good.
