2 Sweet potato - boiled, peeled and diced/sliced
½ cucumber - peeled and diced
Pudina chutney - Optional
2 tbsp Imli (tamarind) chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
You can add Thinly sliced carrot too to get crunchiness in chaat.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss and mix together.
