Potato Kebab

If you are not able to shape samosa in a cone shape OR You are in hurry to make samosa then do not worry and there is an option "Samosa Roll". It tastes like normal samosa only, only difference is its shape.

Ingredients:
  • All Purpose flour - 1 Cup
  • Salt - One fourth spoon
  • Carom Seeds - Half Spoon
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp or more
  • Sauteed Boiled Potato mixture (With Salt & Spices)
  • Water
Instructions:
  • Take a glass bowl & add all ingredients ( Maida,salt, carom seeds, oil)
  • Mix all of them very well by hands for few minutes. It will help to get crunchy texture. Don't add water at this moment.
  • Now, add water gradually & knead a stiff smooth dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes. (If dough is not stiff, it will get bubbles while frying)
  • Roll the dough into a big semi thick chpaati ( Not thin)
  • Take a knife & make straight cuts using knife and make about one & half inch wide strips.
  • At one end of strip, keep potato stuffing & tightly roll each strip into roll. Close the end applying water on it.
  • Close it with toothpick in the mid so it does not get open.
  • Heat the oil & fry on medium flame.
