Rajma/Kidney Beans Grilled Sandwich

  • Bread Slices - 2
  • Cheese Slice - 1 (Optional)
  • Butter
  • Boiled and Coarsely Crushed Rajma (Kidney Beans) - 2 Spoon
  • Chopped Onion & Tomato - 2 Spoon
  • Salt & Spices - To Taste

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion & tomato. Saute well. Add boiled rajma, salt & spices & give it a good mix. Rajma stuffing is ready, let it cool.
  2. Apply butter on a bread slice. Spread rajma stuffing on a buttered slice and place a cheese slice over it.
  3. Cover it with other bread slice & grill it in a sandwich griller.
