4 Bread slices
4 cheese slices
1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (Optional)
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to Taste
Mix all ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic, green chillies, chilli powder, salt, rajma) well except bread and cheese.
Spread a little butter evenly over the bread slice.
Spread rajma stuffing evenly on 2 buttered slices and place 2 cheese slices over it.
Sandwich it using the remaining 2 buttered slices of bread with the buttered side facing downwards.
Apply a little butter on the upper side of the bread slice.(Optional)
Grill in a pre-heated greased sandwich griller for 4 to 5 minutes or till it turns crispy and brown from both the sides.
Cut each sandwich diagonally or shape of your choice.
