Ingredients:
  • 4 Bread slices
  • 4 cheese slices
  • Butter
  • 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed rajma (kidney beans)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt to Taste
Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic, green chillies, chilli powder, salt, rajma) well except bread and cheese.
  2. Spread a little butter evenly over the bread slice.
  3. Spread rajma stuffing evenly on 2 buttered slices and place 2 cheese slices over it.
  4. Sandwich it using the remaining 2 buttered slices of bread with the buttered side facing downwards.
  5. Apply a little butter on the upper side of the bread slice.(Optional)
  6. Grill in a pre-heated greased sandwich griller for 4 to 5 minutes or till it turns crispy and brown from both the sides.
  7. Cut each sandwich diagonally or shape of your choice.
  8. Taste best when hot.
