Ingredients:
  • 2 cup boiled rajma
  • Half cup of chopped tomato & onion
  • 1 tsp cumin (jeera)powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • A few chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion. Saute till onions turn soft. Add chopped tomato.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and amchur powder and fry for a few seconds.
  • Add boiled rajma. Saute for a minute till the rajma gets mixed with the masala and remove from stove.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
