Ingredients:
  • 2 cup boiled rajma
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp cumin (jeera)powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:

  1. Chop onion and tomato finely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and ginger paste.
  3. Saute till onions turn soft.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and amchur powder and fry for a few seconds.
  5. Sprinkle little water and add the boiled rajma along with chopped tomatoes.
  6. Saute for a minute till the rajma gets mixed with the masala and remove from stove.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
