Ingredients:
- 2 cup boiled rajma
- Half cup of chopped tomato & onion
- 1 tsp cumin (jeera)powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A few chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion. Saute till onions turn soft. Add chopped tomato.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and amchur powder and fry for a few seconds.
- Add boiled rajma. Saute for a minute till the rajma gets mixed with the masala and remove from stove.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
