Rajma Masala Pav Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boiled & Mashed Rajma/Kidney Beans - 1 Cup
- Chopped onion & tomato
- Salt, Lemon Juice, Pav Bhaji Masala
- Ginger-garlic paste, Green chilli paste
- Pav - 4
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and saute well.
- Add chopped tomato, mix well and cook till the mixture is pulpy. Add boiled rajma and mix well. Add pav bhaji masala, salt and mix well.
- Mash the mixture using a masher. Cook for 10 minutes and switch the heat off. Squeeze lemon and mix well. Set aside.
- Enjoy it with butter toasted pav.
