Ingredients:
  • Ragi Flour - 1 Cup
  • Rice Flour - Half Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • Chopped Green Chillies & grated Ginger
  • Chopped Onion - Half Cup
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Oil - To Fry
Instructions:
  • Mix ragi flour, rice flour, salt & spices, chopped onion, few chopped curry leaves.
  • Add water gradually to make batter. Mix well, there should not be any lump.
  • Heat oil in a pan/kdhai. Pour a spoonful batter in kdhai.
  • Fry pkodas on medium flame till they turn crispy.
