Puffed Rice Cutlets Recipe
Kebab Puffed RicePuffed Rice are so lightweight & you can make a number of different dishes using them. Puffed rice cutlet is made with soaked puffed rice, boiled potato & chopped vegetables. When you add tempering of curry leaves & mustard seeds, the dish gets a south Indian flavor touch.

Ingredients:
- Soaked Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
- Chopped Vegetables - Half Cup
- Boiled & Mashed potatoes - 2
- Salt & Spices
- Tempering of chopped curry leaves & few mustard seeds
Instructions:
- Mix soaked puffed rice, chopped vegetables, boiled & mashed potatoes, tempering of chopped curry leaves & few mustard seeds, salt & spices.
- Mix well without adding water. Mix them well.
- Now take a lemon size ball out of the dough. Flatten it into patties.
- Grease a tava with oil. Cook patties on low flame applying oil both sides.
- NOTE: If they are fragile & you want more crispiness, dip them in cornflour batter first & then dust with crushed cornflakes. Fry them on low to medium flame.
