Prunes Energy Bar Recipe
Just one cup of prunes provides 87 percent of the recommended daily intake of vitamin K, more than 20 percent of most B vitamins, 8 percent of calcium and 27 percent of potassium.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup prunes chopped
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Add oats to a pan, dry roast for 5 mins in low flame.
- Now add chopped prunes to the bowl & add roasted oats. Add chopped walnuts reserving a tbsp aside.
- Mix it well. Now add honey.
- Add vanilla essence. Mix it well. Lay parchment paper to a baking tin and make it ready.
- Transfer the prunes mixture to it, level the top with a flat spatula.Then add walnuts.
- Again level it.
- Refrigerate for 15 mins just to get firm bars. Cut into bars and enjoy!
