Ingredients:
- Boiled & Mashed Potato - 1 Cup
- Fresh Mint Leaves Puree - Half Cup
- Salt & Spices
- Cornflour/Breadcrumbs - Around 2 Spoon
- Oil
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
- Here cornflour is used to bind the dough. Don't use too much cornflour as it will make cutlet hard.
- Make tikkis from the dough. Heat oil in pan & fry these tikkis on medium flame.
- NOTE: You can coat these cutlets in cornflour slurry & then breadcrumbs to get super crispy texture.
