Potato Kebab Peppermint

Add mint leaves to yours normal potato cutlet recipe. A unique blend of mint and potato will turn out to be yummy as well as refreshing one.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled & Mashed Potato - 1 Cup
  • Fresh Mint Leaves Puree - Half Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • Cornflour/Breadcrumbs - Around 2 Spoon
  • Oil
Instructions:
  • Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
  • Here cornflour is used to bind the dough. Don't use too much cornflour as it will make cutlet hard.
  • Make tikkis from the dough. Heat oil in pan & fry these tikkis on medium flame.
  • NOTE: You can coat these cutlets in cornflour slurry & then breadcrumbs to get super crispy texture.
