Ingredients:
- Soaked Peanut Paste - Half Cup
- Besan Batter - One Cup
- Salt & spices - To Taste
- Oil
Instructions:
- Mix besan & soaked peanut paste in a wide bowl.
- Add water gradually and prepare the batter. You need a batter of runny consistency. Add salt and spices now.
- Heat a non-stick pan, spread little oil evenly. Spread a ladleful of batter into the pan.
- Spread cheela in a circular motion and keep it little thick. Cook covered over low-medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- When edges look cooked, flip it and cook from other side too.
