Arginine or L-arginine is an amino acid that is needed to keep the liver, skin, joints and muscles healthy and is a precursor to nitric oxide that helps to keep the arteries relaxed, improving blood flow and healing time in tissues in the body.

Ingredients:
  • Soaked Peanut Paste - Half Cup
  • Besan Batter - One Cup
  • Salt & spices - To Taste
  • Oil
Instructions:
  • Mix besan & soaked peanut paste in a wide bowl.
  • Add water gradually and prepare the batter. You need a batter of runny consistency. Add salt and spices now.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, spread little oil evenly. Spread a ladleful of batter into the pan.
  • Spread cheela in a circular motion and keep it little thick. Cook covered over low-medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • When edges look cooked, flip it and cook from other side too.
