They are also a rich source of minerals including copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium, all of which are essential to maintain a healthy body.

Ingredients:
- Grated Jaggery - 2 Cup
- Unsalted Peanuts (Lightly Roasted) - 2 Cup
- Ghee - For greasing
Instructions:
- First, gently crush the roasted peanuts (Unsalted) . Keep them aside
- In a clean & fresh pan, add jaggery (Gurr) and then place on low heat. Allow it to melt and then boiling.
- Once boils, add the peanuts and mix thoroughly.
- Grease a plate with desi ghee. Remove the pan mixture on this ghee greased plate.
- Using spatula, even it from all sides. It will be hot, be careful.
- Once cooled down properly, cut it into square shape & store.
