Peanuts Jam

Ingredients:
  • Dry Roasted Peanuts - 2 Cups
  • Sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
  • Salt
Instructions:
  • Blend peanuts in a blender. Run blender 4 to 5 time. Mix in between.
  • Once it is smooth & creamy, add sugar, four pinches of salt.
  • Run blender again to get smooth texture. Take out in a glass jar. Store it in a refrigerator.
