Onion Tomato Paratha is an Indian style flatbread which is flavored with some spices, Onion crunchiness & tangy tomatoes.This can be accompanied by any pickle, ketchup, and yogurt condiment for breakfast.

  • Whole Wheat flour (Aata) - 1 cup
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste-to taste

  1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt, oil & mix it well.
  2. Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste ,mix it and add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves & tomatoes.
  3. Add water gradually & knead a stiff dough.
  4. Now roll a paratha & cook it on tava.
  5. Serve it with pickle or yogurt.
