Non Fried Protein Cubes Recipe

Ingredients:
- Grated Paneer - 1 Cup
- Fresh Hung Curd - Half Cup
- Salt & Spices
- White & Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- In a glass bowl, mix grated paneer & hung curd. Add salt & peppercorns.
- Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into squares/balls.
- Dry roast coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds and ½ teaspoon salt. let them cool & make a coarse powder.
- Coat squares/balls into this mixture & serve with any type of veggie/sprouts salad.
