Sesame Seeds Salad and Sprouts

When you feel that yours sprouts salad is too dry to eat then add this non fried creamy protein cubes/balls into yours salad. Easy to make, no oil, creamy and crunchy texture, highly nutritious cubes with salad is a must try.

Ingredients:
  • Grated Paneer - 1 Cup
  • Fresh Hung Curd - Half Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • White & Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
  • In a glass bowl, mix grated paneer & hung curd. Add salt & peppercorns.
  • Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into squares/balls.
  • Dry roast coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds and ½ teaspoon salt. let them cool & make a coarse powder.
  • Coat squares/balls into this mixture & serve with any type of veggie/sprouts salad.
