Nenua Chana Sabzi Recipe

  • Boiled Kaala Chana - 1 Cup
  • Chopped Turai/Ridge Gourd - 3 Cup
  • 2 Spoon mix of cumin, mustard & fenugreek seeds
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
  • Salt & Coriander - To Taste
  • Ginger Paste
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Ghee
  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger paste and mix of seeds. Saute well.
  2. Add chopped onion. Fry them well. Add turmeric, salt and coriander powder
  3. Add boiled chana & chopped turai. Stir well.
  4. Turai will start to release its water. Lower the flame and cover it with lid.
  5. Cook till ridge gourd is well cooked and all the water is evaporated.
