Navratan Pulao Recipe
The navratan pulao is a combination of vegetables,nuts, spices rice. Combining all these in the right amount turns into one of the tastiest pulao known as navratan pulao.
Note: Do not over cook the rice and mix very gently with the veggies, in this way each grain of rice will be separate and look good at the time of serving and eating.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Cloves, Cardamom
- Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 Potato
- Half cup cauliflower florets
- 1 medium carrot
- Half cup green beans
- 2 Cup Boiled Rice
- Half Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Saffron Milk
- Sauteed Nuts
- Few fried paneer cubes
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in kadhai and add all the whole spices. Saute for a minute.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for further 2-3 minutes.
- Now add all the vegetables, salt and give a nice stir. Add one fourth cup of water, cover and allow it to cook until vegetables turn soft.
- Now add boiled rice to the vegetable mixture. Give a nice stir. Adjust Salt.
- Now add sauteed nuts and paneer mixture. Sprinkle lime juice and mix gently.
- Now add saffron milk, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- You can fry veggies. Fried Vegetables taste good.
