Mushroom Oats Popcorn Recipe
Mushrooms are one of the few food sources for vitamin D, a fat-soluble vitamin that our bodies can make with exposure to sunlight, because growers are exposing their crops to small amounts of ultraviolet light. D vitamins are important because they help our bodies absorb calcium and promote bone growth.

Ingredients:
- Mushroom- Cut into 4 slices
- All purpose flour
- Salt & spices
- Crushed Oats- Not Powdered
- Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix mushroom, all purpose flour, salt & spices. Add little water & coat all mushroom with mixture. Keep it aside
- Heat a pan and pour oil for deep frying.
- Take oats in a plate.
- Dip each piece of mushroom in oats mixture and coat well.
- Fry them in oil over a medium low flame until done.
