Mushroom Capsicum Sandwich Recipe

Mushrooms contain varying degrees of protein and fibre. Mushroom & capsicum also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.

Ingredients:
  • Chopped Mushroom - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
  • Salt & spices - To Taste
  • Bread Slices - 4
  • Butter
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add capsicum saute for a minute, do not let it soften.
  • Add cleaned and chopped mushroom, saute in high medium flame so that it doesn't let out much water. Saute for a minute then add salt & spices. Saute for 2 mins and switch off.
  • Take a slice of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mixture. Cover it with other bread slice. Spread butter on top & grill it.
