Winter Treat Cornmeal FlourThis Mix Veg Makka Paratha is quite easy to make as you are adding vegetables in the maize flour. Stuffed with all the winter special vegetables are ideal for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:
- Makka Flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - Half Cup
- Salt & Garam Masala
- Lukewarm Water
- Chopped Vegetables ( Carrot, Cauliflower, Cabbage)
- Mustard Oil
Instructions:
- Mix makka flour, salt, garam masala, chopped vegetables, one spoon oil in a bowl.
- Crumble all these ingredients together.
- Add water gradually to knead dough.
- Pinch some dough out of it & dust it with dry flour.
- Roll out slightly thick parantha by rolling it gently with the rolling pin. Don’t give too much of pressure while rolling the parantha.
- Cook on tawa applying oil both sides.
- NOTE: Using mustard oil to cook ensures the crispiness & superb taste.
