Melon Balls Salad Recipe

Melons are not only low in calories and fat, but they are also high in essential vitamins and minerals, and water content. In fact, a fresh watermelon contains up to 90 percent water, making them some of the most thirst-quenching snacks around.

Total Time (Minutes): 20
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried mint
  • 4 cup melon balls
  • 2 cup watermelon balls

  1. Combine honey with sugar. Microwave on high power (To dissolve sugar) for 30 seconds; Take it out & stir.
  2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and mint and mix well.
  3. Place melon balls in a large serving bowl and pour honey mixture over.
  4. Toss gently to coat and refrigerate.
