Ingredients:
  • Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
  • Grated Raw Mango - Half Cup
  • Fried Peanuts - One-Fourth Spoon
  • Chopped Curry Leaves - One Spoon
  • Mustard Seeds - One Spoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
  • Oil - 2 Spoon
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add curry leaves and let them sizzle a bit.
  • Add grated mango, salt & turmeric powder. Saute for a minute. Cook covered until mango turns soft.
  • Add boiled rice & peanuts. Gently mix all ingredients together.
