Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
- Grated Raw Mango - Half Cup
- Fried Peanuts - One-Fourth Spoon
- Chopped Curry Leaves - One Spoon
- Mustard Seeds - One Spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
- Oil - 2 Spoon
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add curry leaves and let them sizzle a bit.
- Add grated mango, salt & turmeric powder. Saute for a minute. Cook covered until mango turns soft.
- Add boiled rice & peanuts. Gently mix all ingredients together.
