Ingredients:
- 3 Cup boiled & peeled potato cubes
- 2 tbsp mint, coriander chutney
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp schezwan chutney - optional
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes and cook on medium heat to get crispy texture.
- Add all chutneys one by one in these potatoes & mix well.. Stir well.
- Transfer it into a bowl. While serving, garnish it with roasted sesame seeds
