Ingredients:
- Gram Flour - 1 Cup
- Curd - 2.5 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Green Chilli Paste
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard & Cumin Seeds
- Ghee - 2 Spoon
- Asafoetida - 2 Pinches
- Water - as required
Instructions:
- Curd Besan Mixture - First mix curd & besan in a bowl. Mix well so there is no lump.
- Add 2 to 3 cup of water & mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add asafoetida, mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves. Saute well.
- Add curd besan mixture, ginger chilli paste, sugar, salt. Keep stirring.
- Cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes.
