Ingredients:
- Soaked Green Gram - Half Cup
- Curd - Half Cup
- Rava - One Cup
- 1.5 Tsp Salt
- Oil
- Eno Salt- 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Grind soaked moong daal to a fine, light and fluffy consistency batter by adding little water at a time. Transfer this batter to a bowl. Add salt, rava & curd. Mix well.
- Consistency should be like this, texture should not be too fine or too coarse, let it be in between.
- Add eno salt & stir once. Grease the idli plates with little oil. Fill it & steam. Enjoy hot.
