Sandwich Fruits Breakfast for Kids

Juicy fresh fruits wrapped in chilled whipped cream between two slices of fresh soft bread. Avoid watery fruits like watermelon, oranges & pineapple which will make your bread soggy.

Ingredients:
  • Sliced Kiwi, Strawberries, Oranges - Half Cup
  • Whipped Cream - One Cup
  • Sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • White Bread Slices - 4
Instructions:
  • Add heavy cream and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a layer of whipped cream across one slice of bread. Place sliced fruits over it.
  • Place a second slice of bread on top to create a sandwich. Pack it in cling foil.
  • Refrigerate the sandwiches for at least 2 hours or overnight.
