Ingredients:
- Sliced Kiwi, Strawberries, Oranges - Half Cup
- Whipped Cream - One Cup
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp
- White Bread Slices - 4
Instructions:
- Add heavy cream and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream across one slice of bread. Place sliced fruits over it.
- Place a second slice of bread on top to create a sandwich. Pack it in cling foil.
- Refrigerate the sandwiches for at least 2 hours or overnight.
