Ingredients:
- Boiled Arbi - 6 to 8
- Soaked Cashew Paste - 2 Spoon
- Curd - 2 Spoon
- Cumin Seeds - Half Spoon
- Few Slit Green Chillies
- Ghee
- Sendha Namak
- Water
Instructions:
- Chop boiled arbi into pieces.
- Heat a pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, green chillies.
- One all roasted well, add cashew paste & saute well.
- Add boiled arbi & water. Add salt. Cover it & cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- In the end, add whisked curd (keep stirring while adding curd). Cook for one minute.
- Serve hot with vrat paratha.
- NOTE: you can add curd while adding cashew paste or in the end.
