Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup Boiled Potato Cubes
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Chopped Spring onion with greens - Half cup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped garlic and semi boiled potato cubes and mix well. Add little salt, mix and toss. Take it out.
  • Heat butter in a non stick pan again & roast maida on low flame ( Don't brown the flour)
  • Add half cup milk stirring constantly and cook on low flame only . It will turn into creamy mixture. Keep stirring so there are no lumps or if there is a lump, it will break.
  • Add chopped spring onion bulbs to the pan, cook & mix well.
  • Add remaining half cup milk, little salt, and 1 tsp crushed peppercorns. Mix well & cook for one more minute. When sauce thickens, its done.
  • Add the potato mixture in this pan we made in the first step & mix. Check the salt.
  • Serve hot with crushed black peppercorn & spring onion garnising/oregano/chilli flakes.
  • NOTE: Make sure that you don't overboil the potatoes.
