Corn Tofu Kebab Recipe
Corn KebabTofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous. In addition, tofu is a good source of magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.

Ingredients:
- Corn Tofu Kebab - 1 Cup
- Tofu - Half Cup
- Boiled potato - 1 Small
- Breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
- Baby carrots - 3 Pieces
- Chopped Ginger - 1 Spoon
- Red chili powder - Half Spoon
- Turmeric Powder - Half Spoon
- Garam Masala Powder - Third Fourth Spoon
- Roasted Cumin Seeds - Third Fourth Spoon
- Salt
- 2-3 tablespoon Oil
Instructions:
- Pulse all ingredients in a blender except oil & breadcrumbs until it is well grounded.
- Transfer it to a big bowl. Add breadcrumbs & knead well.
- Grease your hands with oil and take some lemon size mixture in your hands
- Make a long roll and insert skewers.
- Grease a griddle/tawa. Place kebabs on tava. Brush them with oil rotating gently.
- Cook on low to medium flame until crispy and brown from all the sides.
