Ingredients:
- Pineapple, chopped - 1 Cup
- Sweet Corn - 1.5 Cup
- Two Green chillies, chopped
- A few Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder - Half Spoon
- Red chilli powder - 2 Spoon
- Asafoetida - Two Pinches
- Lime juice - Half Spoon
- Salt to taste
- Gram flour (besan) - 3 to 4 Spoon
- Rice flour - Third Fourth Spoon
- Baking soda - One Fourth Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
Instructions:
- In a bowl add pineapple, sweet corn, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, lime juice, salt and mix everything properly and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile in kadhai heat oil.
- Now in the mixture add gram flour, rice flour, little oil and baking soda, mix everything very well.
- Drop small portions of the batter in medium hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
