Corn Kebab

Ingredients:
  • Boiled Sweet Corn - 2 Cup
  • Boiled & Grated Potatoes - 2 Cup
  • Chopped Onion- 1
  • Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
  • Salt & Black Pepper To Taste
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
  • Soaked White Bread Slices - 1 to 2
  • Rice Flour - 1 Tbsp
  • Gramflour - 1 Tbsp
  • Oil to Fry
  • Icecream Sticks - 8
Instructions:
  • First blend boiled sweet corns in a blender.
  • Take it out in a large glass bowl. Now mix all other mentioned ingredients & mix well with greased hands.
  • Cover this mixture with plate & keep in fridge for 10 minutes so that it firms well.
  • Take it out from fridge. Grease your hands with oil & pat the mixture on the icecream stick giving it a shape of kebab.
  • Press it evenly all around. Keep ready all the kebab this way.
  • Now heat the oil in a wide pan & fry these kebabs on medium flame to get crunchy texture. Serve hot.
  • NOTE: If you have doubt that during the time of frying, the mixture will leave the stick then make one stick first & fry.
  • If mixture is coming out of the stick then add more soaked bread slices to get binding texture.
