A different style crispy coleslaw sandwich is a fun way to satisfy your tummy in the morning.

Total Time (Minutes): 20
  • Bread Slices - 4
  • Maida (All Purpose Flour)- 2 Spoon
  • Salt
  • Grated vegetables in Mayonnaise
  • Mayonise
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil
  • Water

  1. Cut each bread slices into discs or round pieces.
  2. Make a batter with all purpose flour, salt and water mixture.
  3. Take two bread discs, one above the other. Dip it in the maida mixture and then coat it with bread crumbs well. Keep it aside
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry over a medium flame until both sides are crispy & golden.
  5. Drain it on tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
  6. Make a small slit on the fried bread slices with a knife & fill it with grated vegetables mixture.
  7. Ready to serve.
  8. NOTE: To make stuffing, you need to mix grated carrot, cabbage with mayonnaise.
