Ingredients:
- Leftover Cooked Pasta - 1 Cup
- Eggs Beaten - 2
- Salt, oregano & Pepper - To Taste
- Oil/Butter
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese - Half Cup
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the leftover cooked pasta, beaten eggs, salt, oregano, pepper and cheese.
- Place a pan over medium heat. Grease it with oil/butter properly.
- Pour batter in a pan & let it cook for few minutes. Cover it.
- When the bottom side is crisp, settled and brown, carefully flip it and cook until the other side is crisp and brown.
- Top it with cheese at the end.
