  • Chana Dal (washed and soaked for 1 hr, then drained) - 250 gm
  • Dry Roasted Gram Flour - 3 to 5 Spoon
  • Onion (chopped) - 1
  • Garlic flakes (chopped) - 1 spoon
  • Ginger (chopped) - 1 inch
  • Thick curd - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder:- ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
  • Oil - ½ tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  1. Mince the drained chana dal in a blender. Take out in a bowl.
  2. Add all the pther ingredients together except chaat masala and oil into a minced dal. Add more besan if its prone to break.
  3. Separate this mixture into lemon-sized balls and then shape them in form of kebabs by rolling between the palms.
  4. Brush with little oil and now cook them on tava. Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala powder over it.
