Ingredients:
- 6 thick slices Bread (white/brown)
- Chana, boiled - 1 Cup
- 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Sev & chopped coriander to garnish
- Butter
Instructions:
- Prepare Bread Basket:
- Trim the edges and cut the bread slices into circular shape.
- Slightly roll out the bread circles and straighten them.
- Add butter on both the sides of the bread.
- Press them gently into the muffin pans.
- Preheat oven to 190 degree Celsius and bake the bread for 11-13 minutes. Just till they turn golden brown.
- Prepare Chana Masala/Chana Chaat
- Mix boiled mashed chana, chopped onion, tomatoes, chaat masala & cumin powder in a bowl. Mix all of them well.
- Garnish with sev & chopped coriander.
