Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) Kebab and Cutlet
Cauliflower Nuggets Recipe

Cauliflower contains large amounts of vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, and iron, but it also boasts an enviable dose of antioxidants and phytonutrients such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, sulforaphane, and quercetin.

  • Cauliflower - 1 cup florets
  • Soy Sauce- 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic Paste (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Cornflour Powder
  • Corn flakes - Half cup
  • Water
  • Oil

  1. Make a paste with cornflour, soy sauce, garlic paste, salt, pepper powder & water.
  2. Coat all cauliflower florets with this mixture & let it be for 15 minutes.
  3. Again coat florets with crushed cornflakes one by one & keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil. Fry these florets on medium flame.
  5. NOTE: Keep florets size medium. Its easy to get them cooked from inside while frying.
  6. Don't fry on high flame otherwise cornflakes will get burn.
  7. Soy sauce has already salt. Don't add much salt.
