Cauliflower contains large amounts of vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, and iron, but it also boasts an enviable dose of antioxidants and phytonutrients such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, sulforaphane, and quercetin.

Cauliflower - 1 cup florets
Soy Sauce- 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste (optional)
Corn flakes - Half cup
Make a paste with cornflour, soy sauce, garlic paste, salt, pepper powder & water.
Coat all cauliflower florets with this mixture & let it be for 15 minutes.
Again coat florets with crushed cornflakes one by one & keep it aside.
Heat oil. Fry these florets on medium flame.
NOTE: Keep florets size medium. Its easy to get them cooked from inside while frying.
Don't fry on high flame otherwise cornflakes will get burn.
