Ingredients:
- Semi Boiled Cauliflower - 1 cup florets
- Soy Sauce- 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste (optional) - 1 poon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cornflour
- Corn flakes - Half cup
- Water
- Oil
Instructions:
- Make a thick paste with cornflour, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder & water.
- Coat all cauliflower florets with this mixture & let it be for 15 minutes.
- Again coat florets with crushed cornflakes one by one & keep it aside.
- Heat oil. Fry these florets on medium flame.
- NOTE: Keep florets size medium. Its easy to get them cooked.
- Don't fry on high flame otherwise cornflakes will get burn. Keep flame medium. Cauliflower is already semi boiled so will not take much time. We need crunchiness from outside.
- Soy sauce has already salt. Don't add much salt.
