Ingredients:
- Carrots sliced paper thin - 1 Cup
- Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- Salt & Spices - to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 215 degrees Celsius (420 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the carrot slices in a bowl and toss with the oil and salt, spices. Salt & spice evenly coated.
- Lay the carrots coins in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, watch closely to ensure they do not burn.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
- Store in an air tight container.
