Cabbage Carrot Thoran Recipe
A simple delicious winter recipe that is full of nutrients to do wonder to yours body. This dish is so rich in fiber hence helps you in loosing weight loss by keeping you full for longer time.
Total Time (Minutes):
- Chopped Cabbage - Half Cup
- Grated Carrot - Half Cup
- Grated Tender Coconut - Half Cup
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon
- Chopped Curry Leaves
- Ginger chilli paste
- Salt, Cumin Seeds Powder - to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Splutter them well.
- Add ginger chilli paste, salt, turmeric, cumin powder. Saute well.
- Add vegetables. Cook until carrot and cabbage are soft. Do not overcook them. Add grated coconut mixture in the end.
- Stir well. Ready to enjoy.
