Broccoli Peas Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:
- Soaked Rice - 1 Cup
- Mix of broccoli florets and peas - 1 Cup
- Salt & Spices - to taste
- Cumin seeds
- Ghee/Oil
Instructions:
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee and once it is hot, add the cumin seeds, grated ginger.
- When they are roasted, add onion and cook till translucent.
- Now add broccoli florets, peas, salt and chilli powder (or any other spice you like ) and mix everything together.
- Now add drained (soaked) rice and mix everything together. Add water. (Rice should be immersed in water).
- Cook for 2 to 3 whistle on medium flame. After 2 to 3 whistle, keep flame on low for two minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool for 2 minute.
- Take the pressure out, serve hot.
