Ingredients:
- Broccoli , finely minced - 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper - To Taste
- Oregano Seasoning
- Butter
- Bread Slices - 2
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a saucepan, add broccoli and saute till they become soft. Do not overcook.
- Take it out in a bowl & let it cool. Add mayonnaise. Add oregano & pepper. Mix well.
- Apply butter on either side of the slice of bread and add stuffing on one of the slice and cover it with the other slice
- Grill it.
