Ingredients:
- Milk - 2 Cup
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - Half cup
- 5 to 6 bread slices, cut into cubes (about 5 to 6 cups)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Chopped nuts - 2 Tbsp
Instructions:
- Milk Mixture - In a sauce pan, mix milk, vanilla, sugar. Mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Grease a baking tray with butter. Place bread cubes evenly in tray. Sprinkle chopped nuts.
- Add eggs to milk mixture and whisk; pour this mixture over bread cubes.
- Bake it in microwave/oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Taste best when served hot.
