Sandwich PotatoBombay Masala Toast is stuffed with a delicious spiced mashed potato stuffing and a tongue tickling spicy green chutney, topped with a few veggies and then grilled or toasted.

Ingredients:
- Boiled & Mashed Potato
- Sliced Onion & Tomato
- Coriander Chutney
- Mustard & Cumin Seeds
- Grated Ginger
- Chopped Onion
- Salt & spices
- Bread Slices
- Sev
- Butter
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add cumin seeds and let them sizzle a bit.
- Add ginger, chopped onion. Saute well. Add salt & spices.
- Add potato. Mix well. Cook for two minute. Stuffing is ready,
- Take a bread slice. Apply coriander chutney then potato stuffing. Last layer it with onion & tomato slices.
- Cover it with other bread slice. Spread butter & grill it to golden and crisp.
- When its grilled, cut the masala toast sandwich into pieces. Spread green chutney again on top.
- Sprinkle sev and chaat masala before serving masala toast sandwich.
