Sandwich Potato

Bombay Masala Toast is stuffed with a delicious spiced mashed potato stuffing and a tongue tickling spicy green chutney, topped with a few veggies and then grilled or toasted.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled & Mashed Potato
  • Sliced Onion & Tomato
  • Coriander Chutney
  • Mustard & Cumin Seeds
  • Grated Ginger
  • Chopped Onion
  • Salt & spices
  • Bread Slices
  • Sev
  • Butter
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add cumin seeds and let them sizzle a bit.
  • Add ginger, chopped onion. Saute well. Add salt & spices.
  • Add potato. Mix well. Cook for two minute. Stuffing is ready,
  • Take a bread slice. Apply coriander chutney then potato stuffing. Last layer it with onion & tomato slices.
  • Cover it with other bread slice. Spread butter & grill it to golden and crisp.
  • When its grilled, cut the masala toast sandwich into pieces. Spread green chutney again on top.
  • Sprinkle sev and chaat masala before serving masala toast sandwich.
