Black Grape Jam Recipe

Note: To check if jam is done, take a chilled or frozen spoon and drop two spoons of the mix on the spoon. Keep it in the fridge for a minute. If the jam hardens, then it is done.

Ingredients:
- Black Grapes - Half Kg
- Sugar - Half Cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoon
- Water
Instructions:
- In a pan, add black grapes & 2 spoon water. take 2 whislte in a pressure cooker. We need to make grapes soft & mushy.
- Now take out them in a bowl & using a potato masher, mash these grapes very well.
- Add mashed grapes, sugar & lemon juice in pan & cook on low flame. Keep stirring until the it is slightly thick.
- Pour the hot jam into a sterilised glass jar immediately. Once cooled down, store it in refrigerator.
