Note: To check if jam is done, take a chilled or frozen spoon and drop two spoons of the mix on the spoon. Keep it in the fridge for a minute. If the jam hardens, then it is done.

Ingredients:
  • Black Grapes - Half Kg
  • Sugar - Half Cup
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoon
  • Water
Instructions:
  • In a pan, add black grapes & 2 spoon water. take 2 whislte in a pressure cooker. We need to make grapes soft & mushy.
  • Now take out them in a bowl & using a potato masher, mash these grapes very well.
  • Add mashed grapes, sugar & lemon juice in pan & cook on low flame. Keep stirring until the it is slightly thick.
  • Pour the hot jam into a sterilised glass jar immediately. Once cooled down, store it in refrigerator.
