Besan Paneer Curry tastes so good with any paratha. It is packed with high protein nutrients as made of curd, gram flour and paneer.

Ingredients:
  • Shallow Fry Paneer Cubes - 1 Cup
  • Whisked Curd - 1 Cup
  • Half cup besan/gram flour- 1 Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • Ginger green chilli paste
  • Kastoori methi - 2 spoon
  • Oil
Instructions:
  • Mixture:- Mix the curd, besan and salt in a big bowl to form a smooth mixture. Whisk it well. There should be no lumps. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds and ginger-green chilli paste.
  • When the seeds begin to crackle, add the asafoetida, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  • When all spices are sauted well, add the mixture (made in first step) & stir for a minute.
  • Add one cup of water and bring it to a boil, stirring continuously to avoid lumps at the base of pan.
  • Cook for 20 min atleast. It will start to change the color & will get thicken as it get cooked.
  • Once its cooked, add paneer & cook for one minute. Check salt at this time.
  • Garnish with kastoori methi leaves.
