Beetroot Chickpeas

 Perfect with chips, pita, or veggies or as a sandwich spread. This hummus is good sources of protein, folate, potassium, vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, as well as nitrates.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled Beetroot Chunks - 1 Cup
  • Boiled Chickpeas - 2 Cup
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice
  • Roasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
  • Blend beetroot, chickpeas until smooth. Add olive oil & run for 30 seconds again.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Add salt & lemon juice accordingly.
  • Serve garnished with roasted sesame seeds
