Ingredients:
- Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
- Boiled beetroot - 1 Cup
- Mashed potatoes - Half Cup
- Salt & pepper - To taste
- Grated Amla 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Cornflour Slurry
- Oil
- Coriander chutney
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add onion, beetroot, potatoes, red chilli powder, salt to taste, grated amla and mix well. Knead a dough.
- Pich some dough & make tikki. Roll them in cornflour slurry first then breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry them on a pan
