Ingredients:
  • Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled beetroot - 1 Cup
  • Mashed potatoes - Half Cup
  • Salt & pepper - To taste
  • Grated Amla 1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cornflour Slurry
  • Oil
  • Coriander chutney
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, add onion, beetroot, potatoes, red chilli powder, salt to taste, grated amla and mix well. Knead a dough.
  • Pich some dough & make tikki. Roll them in cornflour slurry first then breadcrumbs.
  • Shallow fry them on a pan
