Ingredients:
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cup boiled beetroot
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste ½ tsp
  • rock salt ¼ cup
  • Grated Amla 4 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
  • cornflour 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander chutney
Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add onion, beetroot, potatoes, red chilli powder, salt to taste, rock salt and grated amla and mix well.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and cornflour and mix well.
  3. Now, make tikki/cutlet and shallow fry them on a pan with heated oil.
  4. Serve hot with chutney.
