Barley Paratha Recipe
Barley contains good amounts of B-group vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and pantothenic acid. Barley is a high source of fiber as Each one-cup serving provides approximately six grams of fiber.

Ingredients:
- Barley Flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - Half an Cup
- Grated Carrot - Half Cup
- Chopped Onion - 2 Spoon (Optional)
- Salt
- Oil/Ghee
- Water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix barley flour, wheat flour, grated carrot, chopped onion, salt, 2 spoon oil/ghee.
- Crumble the mixture by hands. Now knead a smooth dough using water.
- Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes.
- Now roll out a paratha & cook on tava/griddle applying ghee/oil both sides.
- When cooked from both the sides, its ready to enjoy.
