Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Bajra Flour
- 1 Cup Dates (khajoor)
- 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts powder or any other nut of your choice
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon dry coconut powder
- 1 teaspoon melon seeds (खरबूजे के बीज)
Instructions:
- Soak dates in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Then deseed it. Then dry roast bajra Flour in nonstick pan.
- After roasting add cashew nuts powder, cardamom powder. Then add dates and mix it nicely, it's become dough form.
- Add melon seeds. Make square shape bar or ladoo from this dough and roll it into coconut powder.
