Almond Butter Recipe

Protein packed creamy delicious almond butter can be made at home. Use it on breads, shakes, pancakes, smoothies, icecreams. Homemade almond butter is affordable and even more delicious than store-bought butters.

Ingredients:
  • Unsalted Roasted Almonds - 2 Cups
  • Cinnamon - 3 to 4 Pinches
  • Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Pinches of salt
Instructions:
  1. Add roasted almonds, cinnamon & salt in a food processor.
  2. Process until the texture becomes smoother and forms into a paste. Scrape down the sides in between & mix.
  3. Add coconut oil and process on high. Adjust salt at this stage if required. Store it in an airtight container or jar with a lid.
